Business Consultation and Website Development

Seccom's business development process is divided into seven distinct categories:
Analysis, Creative Summary, Graphics and Artistic Approach, Model, Evaluation, and Final Launch.

Analysis- The first part of this process is to assemble, analyze, and reveal all strategic and tactical
information. This means that we will consult with you, and create a complete list of information such as
goals, objectives, audience, commercial targets, and competition. Our goal is to foundationally ensure
we fully understand the scope and priorities of your project or business.

Creative Summary - The second stage is to incorporate the material gathered in the previous analysis
into factors needed for the creation of your site. We'll formulate a practical site map, composite list, and
subsequent work schedule. The creative summary is devised to be the architecture for your goals. We’ll
also create a list of assets that will be needed to complete the project, such as photography, videography,
Flash animation, etc.

Graphics and Artistic Approach– We next adopt a basic blueprint for the site, such as coloration,
mood, and content. Navigation and interactive elements are decided upon in this stage.

Model– Now we actually create the layout of the website, and test the various features, such as links,
rollovers, images, and make sure that all details are functioning properly.

Evaluation– We process and upload a functional version to a testing site for further analysis, and your
approval. We make sure all content and physical characteristics are functioning properly, and there are no
glitches, or problems.

Final Launch – We help you decide on a domain name for your site that will optimize it’s discovery on
search engines, and secure a hosting environment that makes sense for your needs. We then will consult
with you about search engine optimization, and if needed, involve a team to manage your account. Search
Engine Optimization (SEO), or PPC (Pay Per Click management), analytics, and team management are available.

Maintenance – We will follow your account, and be available for updating, or managing your site
dynamically over time.

We will exchange contact information with you, and discuss your Concern. This is a free preliminary consultation, and in
this process we will decide what is right for you, finalize a proposal, and send you a service contract for your approval and
signature. At this point, you will have a final proposal, approved contract, and we will be ready to begin work on your website.

Deposit - After you agree to the proposal for your site, and before we begin the design work, we require a deposit.
Use the "Deposit" Pay Pal field below to pay our standard $500 deposit. Upon our receipt of these funds, you will receive
an email, or phone call directing you how to proceed with the first draft consultation. This deposit is non-refundable,
and begins the process of evaluating your needs for your website, securing your domain name, a main page preliminary
draft. You will receive a URL address to our testing server, where you will be able to view your site's progress. This also
establishes your active account with Seccom International Marketing.This deposit is 100% applied to your approved
proposal, but non-refundable should you decide for any reason to terminate the contract.

Balance - Upon the approval and launch of the finalized version of your website, we require the balance to be paid in
full, including fees for hosting your site, final balance, and, or any other agreed on fees. Your site will be available for you
to approve on our testing server. We do not require that you host your site or domain name with us, but we recommend
it for new sites,as it makes it easy for us to manage. Upon receipt of the balance, we will upload the final version of your
site. Should we be contracted to continue updating your site, or any further design work is needed after you establish an
account with us, you will be able to use this field to make payments. We may require further payments before the final
launch on large projects that require more time, travel, or additinal expenses. If you should want any addional design
changes after the original proposal has been approved, a revised contract must be drafted, and approved. This may
result in a further deposit with new clients that have not established credit with us..

Guarantee - Seccom Global Marketing Solutions guarantees that our work will be done in a timely fashion according
to our agreed upon timeline. We also guarantee that your finished website is completely working as it should, and
passes our proof testing, as well as yours. Any minor non-design related changes will be made gratis for the first month
after launch of your site. Any design related updates will require a new estimate, however no deposite will be required
for accounts with a good standing credit history.
